• Bookings are from 3.30pm on the day of arrival to 10.30am on the day of departure.
• Chalets and Caravans are equipped with duvets & pillows. GUESTS ARE REQUESTED TO BRING THEIR OWN BED LINEN, TABLE LINEN & TOWELS.
• The minimum stay is 3 consecutive nights arriving Mon - Sat. (No Sunday arrivals)
• When making a reservation for 7 or more consecutive nights you will be automatically entitled to a 10% discount at the time of the booking.
• The number of persons not to exceed the stated number of berths.
• We reserve the right to refuse any potential booking.
• NO PETS. In the interests of all guests, pets are not permitted.
• NO LONG LETS - Unless by special arrangement the longest permitted stay is 2 weeks with no return within 4 weeks.

Bookings from families/couples/singles only,
no single sex or uneven groups.
No dogs allowed.

• Touring and Camping bookings are from 2pm on the day of arrival to 12 noon on the day of departure.
• Tents/Caravans & vehicle must be able to fit within a 10m x 10m pitch.
• All pitches have electric hook up included in the tariff. Visitors will need to bring a suitable 16 amp weatherproof cable.
• We reserve the right to refuse any potential booking.
• NO PETS. In the interests of all guests, pets are not permitted.
• NO LONG LETS - Unless by special arrangement the longest permitted stay is 2 weeks with no return within 4 weeks.

• The number of persons not to exceed the stated number of berths.
• We reserve the right to refuse any potential booking.
• NO PETS. In the interests of all guests, pets are not permitted.

2026 Seasonal Pitch Agreement Policy.

2026 Standard Park – Booking Terms & Conditions

You are entitled to use your Seasonal Pitch between Friday 17th April 2026 until Monday 28th Sept 2026.

Tariff £2,995.00 (including VAT where charged) the tariff is for 2 adults & 2 children occupancy. (Children aged between 0-15 years old)

Occasional guests shall be charged accordingly as per tariff.

To secure your reservation a deposit of £995.00 is required. The £995.00 will be deducted from your final balance. If the booking starts within 6 weeks, then full payment is required.

Electricity is metered, at the end of the season you will be invoiced accordingly. Metered electricity consumed during season will be charged at the current rate per unit/kwh plus 5% VAT.

A £500 security bond is required. This bond is fully refundable at the end of the hire period (T&C apply)
