How to Book Your Holiday
BOOKING CONDITIONS
- The number of persons occupying a Chalet/Caravan must not exceed the number of stated berths. Oonly those listed may occupy the accommodation.
- The booking form is to be signed by the person who is responsible for the booking.
- Bookings are from S saturday to Ssaturday (except Sshort Breaks), an administration fee of £5.00 will be charged for alterations to an existing booking.
- Bookings accepted from couples and families only NO SINGLE SEX GROUPS.
- In the opinion of the proprietors, any party guilty of excessive noise or unclean behaviour or conduct prejudicial to the well being of other visitors the proprietors may retake possession of the accommodation on refunding money in respect of any un-expired part of the holiday. Visitors will be liable for any damage caused to park property.
- NO DOGS. In the interest of all visitors we do not allow dogs on the park.
- Cancellations will only be considered by us if made by REGISTERED LETTER posted at least 14 days before the booking is due to begin. Refund of deposit may be made at our discretion according to the circumstances.
- Reservations are kept until the following Ssunday 12 noon, when the accommodation will be re-let. No deposit will be returned. This does not relieve the person who signed the booking form from responsibility for the balance of payment if we are unable to re-let the accommodation.
- Balance due on all holidays booked is 21 days before the commence-ment of holiday.
- N.B. Limited facilities early and late season.
- Blankets and pillows are provided in both Chalets and Caravans. Visitors are requested to bring their own bed linen, table linen and towels.
CHALETS/CARAVANS
You will be able to book online soon, meanwhile please send a completed booking form (click to download, PDF viewer required) enclosing a deposit of £50 per week per Chalet/Caravan to our booking office.
Please make cheques made payable to Trenance Holiday Park, returned cheques are subject to a fee of £30. All major credit cards accepted.
Bookings may commence on any day of the week with a minimum stay of 3 days. However, during the period 21st July to 15th September bookings can only be accepted for a minimum period of seven days commencing and ending on Saturdays.
Bookings are from 2.00pm on the day of arrival to 10.30am on the day of departure. Please note when planning your arrival time, that keys will only be available from 2pm onwards.

TOURING AND CAMPING
Once decided on the dates you require, please complete the booking form and send it with £21.50 per week per pitch (£20 deposit and non-refundable £1.50 booking fee) to our booking office.
The booking fee of £1.50 per week or part week is charged for reservations, it is non-returnable and is in addition to the total charge.
- All touring and camping bookings are from 2.00pm on the day of arrival to 12 noon on the day of departure.
- Bookings may commence on any day of the week with a minimum stay of 3 days. However, during the period 21st July to 18th August bookings can only be accepted for a minimum period of seven days commencing and ending on Saturdays
RESERVED PITCHES. We will do our best to allocate adjacent pitches or specifically numbered pitches when requested. However this cannot be guaranteed and does not constitute a condition of the booking.
HOOK-UPS. We have 36 pitches with 240V/16 amp European three pin earth type power points.
EXTENDED STAY. We will of course be delighted to extend your stay beyond the period booked, but this cannot be guaranteed.
